Hostel Fees

Hostel Fees are only Rs.11,000/- for the entire year. Limited seats available If paid in full by May1st. If you prefer partial payment plan fees are Rs.6,500/- by May 1st plus Rs.5,500/- by November 1st.

 

 

 

 Books
  • Text books and note books will be available at school store on campus.
  Progress Card
  • Parents are requested to attend the Parent-Teacher meetings to discuss the progress of the child.
  • The progress cards of Term Examinations willbe issued to the parents alone.
  Games
  • For the boarders the day starts with morning P.T. and group games.  Games are compulsory for one hour.  Games include - Hand ball, Cricket, Foot-ball, Throw ball. Trained coaches are provided for these games.
  Discipline
  • All the Children should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days and for all school functions. A child who is solvently dressed or not in uniform may be sent home.
  • Children's behavior in the school should be courteous at all times, both inside and outside the campus. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct.
  • Children should not scratch or spill ink on the desks.
  • The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches or pens or cash to school.
  • The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly written on all their belongings.
  • Children should get their report card signed by their parent/guardian within a week of the receiving date.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the compound at any time until the school is over.
  • All students are required to communicate in English within the school compound.
  • Students are required to be punctual, late attendance will not be tolerated.
  • Students will be asked to leave the school for failing the same class twice.
  • A student will be ordinarily detained if he/she does not put in a minimum of 80% attendance. A student who is absent for a prolonged sickness or any other cause should submit a leave letter application and produce a medical fitness certificates from the doctor on his /her return to the school.
  Uniform
  • Light gray shirt with NehruCollar two pockets on each side.
  • Navy blue socks.
  • Black shoes.
  • Boys : dark olive green nickerwith suspenders.
  • Girls : light gray blouses and have pinafore dark olive green skirts and green ribbons.
  • Boys will wear full pant from 8th standard onwards.
  Homework
  • Home work will be assigned daily.
  • You can save your child from much embarrassment, unhappiness and loss of points if you check the school dairy daily for notes from the teachers and for the home work assigned.
  Withdrawals
  • A student who leaves during the term will be required to pay tuition fee up to the end of the term when he/she withdraws. A boarder will be required to pay the boarding charges also till the end of the term.
  • Caution money will be refunded only after dues are cleared and will not be adjusted against dues. Transfer certificates on withdrawals are issued only after all the dues of the school are cleared.
  Late Fees
  • Term School Fees (Tution fees) should be paid before the first week of the term, failing which a fine of Rs.2/- will be charged per day.
  School Hours
  • 8:30AM to 4:00PM (Monday through Friday)
  • Saturday & Sundays are Holidays
  Office Hours
  • 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Monday through Friday)
  • Teachers may be seen with prior appointment or with permission from the Principal.
  • Note : Parents are requested not to ask for leave for the purpose of attending religious ceremonies, marriages and festivals for more than ten days during the School Year.
  • Note : For sufficient reasons such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, serious misconduct, absence from class, non-payment of school fees, student may be withdrawn from the list of candidates even after qualifying in the preliminary examinations.
